Digital plots are slowly becoming popular as metaverses emerge. Consumers who want to exist online in the digital world have turned to virtual land platforms.

Cryptocurrency analyst Coin Bureau, which shares its analysis on a youtube channel with millions of subscribers, shared 5 virtual land NFT projects that it thinks are promising with its subscribers.

Axie Infinity

Axie Infinity (AXS)

Coin Bureau is starting with one of the oldest projects in digital real estate, Axie Infinity. Axie Infinity is a Pokemon-like game where players can breed, trade and battle cute pet NFTs called Axies. AXS, on the other hand, is the own cryptocurrency of this project and is currently available on many exchanges such as Binance and Coinbase.

Axie Infinity's Lunacia world consists of 90,601 plots of land, all represented as on-chain NFTs, freely tradeable by users on platforms such as OpenSea and the Axie Infinity marketplace. This ecosystem is divided into six land types within the Lunacia metaverse: Savannah, Forest, Arctic, Mystic, Genesis, and Lunacia's land. Lunacia comes across as a 301 by 301 grid system, with each square representing a tokenized plot of NFT land called Terra.

According to the analyst, Axie Infinity has enormous potential to be the pinnacle of the digital terrain across the entire metaverse.

Decentraland-1

Decentraland (MANA)

Second, the analyst considers plots in Decentraland, a popular metaverse. Built on the Ethereum blockchain, Decentraland can be described as a decentralized virtual world software where digital plots can be bought and sold. People can create their own world with digital trees, airplanes and more.

In Decentraland, landowners can leverage blockchain real estate to host exhibitions and concerts, run competitions, and even earn money by creating content.

The land is represented on-chain as NFTs stored in an Ethereum smart contract and offered to users in parcels. Lands can also be purchased with MANA, the currency of Decentraland.

The important thing at this point is that digital worlds can be created in Decentraland without any coding knowledge. The platform offers users a large pre-built pool that can be applied to plots of land.

Sandbox-1

The SandBox (SAND)

The next NFT terrain platform with very high potential, according to the analyst, is The Sandbox. The sandbox metaverse contains pieces of digital real estate in NFT format called LAND. Sandbox metaverse consists of 166,464 terrains. Each land appears as an Ethereum-based ERC721 NFT asset that can be purchased directly from the Sandbox marketplace or major NFT marketplace like OpenSea.

The Sandbox's native cryptocurrency, SAND, has also become very popular with its recent surge, and analysts think the surge in SAND price is not over yet.

bitcountry

Bit.Country (NUUM)

The analyst states that in the future, Bit.Country, which is defined as a new social interaction platform that includes VR visualization, 2D social media and 3D gaming platforms, should also be followed. It is stated that Bit.Country users will have the opportunity to have their own NFT gallery with marketplaces, tokens and community management.

On the other hand, Bit.Country aims to create a decentralized virtual world managed by the community and a platform that allows user-generated metaverse experiences and applications to make objects available in the digital world.

Aavegotchi

Aavegotchi (GHST)

The project on the Coin Bureau's list is Aavegotchi. On the platform, users can develop their avatars in NFT format, called Aavegotchis. Simply put, Aavegotchi can be described as a cryptocurrency collecting game built on Ethreum.

The GHST token is the primary service asset of the Aavegotchi ecosystem and is used in transactions in the Aavegotchi world. In addition, Aavegotchi consists of 16,000 land plots called REALM plots.

This land of possibilities, which NFT technology offers as a game and an investment, is not going to disappear. On the contrary, considering that the names of the scrambling websites in the early 2000s were later sold for millions of dollars, perhaps it is time to buy a few acres of virtual land before a virtual painting.
