Top 10 Most Developed Crypto Assets

Crypto analytics company Santiment has listed altcoin projects that stand out with high development input on GitHub.

Crypto analytics firm Santiment reported that Polkadot (DOT), Kusama (KSM) and Cardano (ADA) are leading altcoin projects with high development input on GitHub.

Santiment reported that Kusama, which functions as a test platform for Polkadot and Polkadot, has reached 591.47 GitHub entries in the last 30 days, and the duo has led all other altcoin projects. On the other hand, Cardano, which is shown as one of the strongest competitors of the largest smart contract platform Ethereum (ETH), ranks third with 531.8 GitHub entries, followed by Internet Computer (ICP), a Web3 project with 399.7 GitHub entries. The rest of the list includes Ethereum, Status (SNT), Hedera (HBAR), Comos (ATOM), ChanLink (LINK), and Decentraland (MANA).

Santiment argues that it takes an advanced approach to ranking projects, stating that it does not consider routine update entries when calculating GitHub entries and only collects data for “real” GitHub entries. Santiment has reported that in the past, the intense development activity surrounding an altcoin project is a positive indicator, as it indicates that the developers are working with the belief that the project will be successful, or it could mean that new features will be announced for the project.
