StepN Creator Unveils A New Web3 MMO Game

Web3 studio Find Satoshi Lab, the creator of the blockchain technology-supported Stepn application, will distribute 2 million GMT tokens worth approximately $420,000. The company, which will develop a new crypto and video-based game called Gas Hero, is also holding a competition for the avatars to be featured here. The winners of this competition, which will last for 3 months, will have prize tokens and the avatars they created will also be included in the game. “The winners will be determined by the originality, design and quality of the avatar they create,” the company said in a statement.

Gas Hero is expected to be completed towards the end of the year. GMT will also act as the governance token in the game. “The end date of the game is approaching and we want to involve our community as much as possible,” said Johnny Lau, the game manager of Find Satoshi Lab.

Stepn, which attracted great attention especially when it entered the crypto world in 2022 and later signed an agreement with Apple, currently has more than 500 thousand active users per month. Another crypto game, NFL Rivals, recently announced that it has passed 1 million downloads.
