The 55,000-piece Otherdeed Metaverse plot opened on The Otherside, the Metaverse project of the world-famous NFT collection Bored Ape Yacht Club, was completely sold out within 3 hours after the start of sales.

According to the official Twitter account of the Otherside project, investors swept away all NFTs in the sale using only ApeCoin.

In the sale, which was set as 305 ApeCoin as the NFT minting fee, approximately $5,800 per NFT was paid. A new record was set in this area with the sales of 16.7 million ApeCoins ($ 317 million) in total. During the sale, buyers had to pass KYC verification and pre-verify their cryptocurrency wallet on the project's website.

In the NFT sale attended by 27,000 users, all 55,000 Otherdeed NFTs were sold. The rest of the NFTs, which will be 100,000 in total, will be airdropped to BAYC and MAYC NFT collection owners.
