NFT Project Azuki Launches A Virtual City
NFT project Azuki has launched a virtual city called Hilumia. Hilumia will include a toy store, arcade, gym and even a love contest called “Love Island”.
According to NFT data tracker CryptoSlam, the virtual city was launched to celebrate Azuki’s first anniversary, and the project’s trade volume increased by 86% in one day.

The firm, Hilumia, is an interactive virtual city shaped by the community and will expand over time,” he said, emphasizing that the local Physical Backed Token (PBT) connects the ecosystem:
“PBT will play a role in Azuki bridging the digital and physical world. For example, owners of the physical gold skateboard will be blessed in Ruin fields after scanning PBT.”

Ruins is another area in the Azuki universe associated with Hilumia and the marketplace called Alley. Launched by Chiru Labs on January 12, 2022, Azuki is a Japanese-inspired anime universe complete with its collection of 10,000 avatar NFTs, as well as sister NFT project Beanz, featuring 20,000 cartoon beans.
