Mike Novogratz of Galaxy Digital is known for his recent effort to turn tattoos into NFTs. In October of last year, the CEO tweeted that he would be meeting with a tattoo artist to discuss turning his work into NFTs, and even mentioned that he could get him a tattoo. Mike Novogratz asked his followers for tattoo suggestions. The famous CEO was offered a Cardano logo, a "supernova blockchain heroes" tattoo, a Satoshi Nakamoto emblem, a sarcastic suggestion that the tattoo artist put some hair on his head, and even Yakuza cats.
Meanwhile, in response to the growing needs of the tattoo industry, a group of prominent tattoo artists launched the TattooMoney initiative, a liquidation system and sales platform, last year. As the digital currency spread, the founders of TattooMoney collaborated with industry professionals to create a cryptocurrency called “TAT2” for the tattoo business.
Along with this new type of currency, TattooMoney has launched a brand new support platform, NFTattoo, to facilitate the exchange of designs and ideas between artists. The main purpose of TattooMoney is to trade $TAT2 digital currency and settle in tattoo infrastructure. The project is growing fast enough to eventually serve the entire industry system in its myriad aspects.
