Horizen Partners with Ankr

Publicly traded layer0 blockchain Horizen has announced a strategic partnership with Web3 infrastructure provider Ankr. With the partnership established, Ankr will become one of the RPC providers for Horizen’s newly developed Ethereum virtual machine compatible smart contract platform EON.

Horizen said in a statement that the partnership will bring additional accessibility, scalability and reliability to the emerging EON ecosystem by supporting a wide variety of use cases including DeFi, gaming and NFTs:

This collaboration will make Ankr one of the first Remote Procedure Call (RPC) providers for EON, Horizen’s new EVM compatible smart contract platform. The partnership will bring additional accessibility, scalability and reliability to the burgeoning EON ecosystem by supporting a wide variety of use cases including DeFi, gaming and NFTs.

Horizen stated that the Web3 infrastructure and services provided by Ankr will enable Horizen EON to further optimize its performance and accessibility for both developers and end users:
