Shiba Inu and Dogecoin holders can now use cryptocurrencies to pay for luxury yacht services. This is evident as the use of cryptocurrencies increases in the yachting industry. Several top brokerages now accept crypto payments for buying and chartering yachts.
The latest is Monaco-based Yachtzoo, which collaborates with cryptocurrency payment processor BitPay. Other cryptocurrencies supported by BitPay include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, XRP, Dai, Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) and stablecoins. SuperYachtsMonaco, a boutique yacht broker headquartered in Monaco, recently announced its partnership with BitPay, where it sells the 40.2-metre Benetti motor yacht Oryx using its crypto payment processor.
Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Dogecoin (DOGE) holders can now pay for Uber Eats meal deliveries with cryptocurrencies via BitPay. Food delivery companies like DoorDash and Grubhub, as well as Grill, Chili's, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Steak 'n Shake, and many more takeaways accept crypto through BitPay. Luxury watchmakers like Tag Heuer, Hublot, and Breitling have also raised the crypto flag by accepting crypto payments for their goods.
Panini America, the world leader in officially licensed collectibles and trading cards, also accepts Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) for NFTs powered by BitPay Panini Wallet.
Amount of Liquidated Assets Over $330 Million
The cryptocurrency market has gained 3 percent in the last 24 hours and reached $ 966 billion. While Bitcoin (BTC) is priced at $ 21,300, Ethereum (ETH) finds buyers at $ 1,337. However, although this rise made most investors smile, it did not make leveraged investors laugh. While the amount of liquidation in the last 24 hours exceeded 330 million dollars, 248 million dollars were experienced in the last 12 hours. With this, 72 percent of liquidations came from short positions. The most liquidations came from Ethereum (ETH), which made an instant 20% jump.
