Jack Dorsey, co-founder and former CEO of Twitter, is characterized as a major Bitcoin proponent and even more so a BTC herald on Twitter who frequently attacks other cryptos, including Ethereum and DOGE.

Several times, he referred to Vitalik Buterin's coin as a "single point of failure", noting that it is centralized and VC-owned, just like Web3.

In the last few tweets, Dorsey again criticized Ethereum while having a small discussion with Sam Bankman-Fried, head of the FTX exchange. The latter has said in the media that he does not believe Bitcoin has a good future as a means of payment. Dorsey got into a discussion with him about Bitcoin and the Lightning Network, which allows micro-Bitcoin payments to be made quickly and cheaply.

Dorsey stated that he did not follow the current decline of Bitcoin and paid no attention to its price, as he was confident that BTC will rise again in the long run. This is because more and more people are starting to use the leading cryptocurrency.

Earlier in April, mainstream media reported that Jack Dorsey's company Block (formerly known as Square) has joined forces with Blockstream to mine Bitcoin in Texas using equipment provided by Elon Musk's Tesla.
